Overseas Education College and Chinese Language Department Zhangzhou Normal University (Fujian province)

  • This course is designed and geared towards western learners and taught by native speaking university professors and local volunteers.
  • Basic Chinese language, dialogues, tongue twisters, character writing.
  • Skill training: paper cutting, dumpling/noodle making, Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Chinese puppet performance, ceramics, tea making.
  • Weekend Tours: Fujian Tolou Village (UNESCO), Xiamen, Gulangyu (1 night hotel stay in Xiamen), Yundong Mountain, One Hundred Flowers Village, Nanshan Temple.
  • 4 day cultural trip to Beijing (Great Wall, Summer Palace, Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Olympic Village, Temple of Heaven, Wanfujing Street, Ming Palace, Peking University)
